An election petition has been filed by a BJP candidate before Hon'ble Karnataka High Court. It is numbered as EP 1/2018. [B Suresh Gowda v C D GOWRISHANKARASWAMY].
According to the recent Order, this matter is "to be listed after 3 weeks" from 18 June 2021.
Petitioner had produced certain documents before Hon'ble High Court on 12 March 2021. Earlier, Shri B Suresh Gowda "had filed" "application under Order VII Rule 14 of C.P.C. read with Rule 13 of the Election Petitions Procedure Rules, Karnataka".
