A BJP candidate had filed "an election petition under section 80 and 81 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 questioning the election of respondent no.1 to the Assam Legislative Assembly from No.10 Sonai Legislative Assembly Constituency."
It was listed before Hon'ble Gauhati High Court presided by Hon'ble J. Kalyana Rai Surana.
