Case Against Arvind Kejriwal : No Order Passed In Last 1 year

A case has been filed against Shri Arvind Kejriwal. This case is filed before Hon'ble Delhi High Court.

In Pratap Chandra v Arvind Kejriwal : El. Pet. 2/2020 before Hon'ble Delhi High Court, on 27 February 2020, when matter was listed before Hon'ble J. Mukta Gupta before Hon'ble Delhi High Court, then the petitioner had sought time to make corrections in the petition. The website of Hon'ble Delhi High Court shows that there are no orders passed in this matter after 27 February 2020. 

Now, according to the roster dated 17 May 2021, Hon'ble J. Mukta Gupta is not handling the election matters.
