Employees - Suspension of Employees Beyond Particular Period - Legality and effect : Suspension Orders Not Reviewed within 90 days - Held, When the "orders of suspension which are not reviewed within a period of 90 days and where the show cause notice has not been issued" then such suspension orders have to be quashed.

 In a recent Judgment, where an employee had filed the writ petition, it has been held that when the "orders of suspension which are not reviewed within a period of 90 days and where the show cause notice has not been issued" then such suspension orders have to be quashed.
