On 25 June 2021, Hon'ble Gauhati High Court is expected to pronounce an important Judgment where an interesting issue was posed before the Ld. Single Judge Bench. This case was listed before more than 4 Judges at different points of time. The order under challenge in this case was passed by Secretary to the Government of Assam, Home & Political (A) Department.
