Gauhati High Court's Guidelines, due to Covid19, "Extended Till 11 July 2021"

Gauhati High Court Extends Guidelines Till 11 July 2021


Hon'ble Gauhati High Court vide its notification No.54 Memo HC.III-06/2020/2591-2614/G dt 21 June 2021 had extended the norms and guidelines regarding "restricted entry of Advocates in premises of Hon'ble Gauhati High Court" "till 11 July 2021" or until further orders. This has been done, as this Order notes "taking into consideration prevalent covid19 situation".

The guidelines were earlier extended upto 21 June 2021.
