A writ petition has been filed before Hon'ble Gauhati High Court against National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation. General Manager (P), NHIDC is made the respondent No. 6 in this case, apart from the Executive Director.
It is WP(C) 5399/2021 : KBM Enterprise v NHIDC.
It is listed at S.No. 5 in Court No.3 before Hon'ble J. Manash Ranjan Pathak for "motion" on 22 June 2021.
It is relevant to note that A.226 of Constitution confers writ jurisdiction on High Courts in India and Gauhati High Court is an extremely prestigious High Court. Recently, a new Judge, Hon'ble J. Robin Phukan has taken oath as an Hon'ble Judge of Gauhati High Court.
