Income Tax : HC : Gujarat Updates : Tax Department Withdraws The Appeal

Gujarat Tax Updates : Income Tax Department has withdrawn the appeal before Hon'ble Gujarat High Court in second week of June 2021. In the appeal, income tax department had challenged the order passed by Ld. ITAT. The substantial question of law framed here was whether ITAT's action was "without appreciating the findings of the Assessing Officer and Commissioner (Appeals)" or not.
