"Vaccination is the Need of the Hour" : Meghalaya High Court

In a recent observation, while dealing with a petition, Hon'ble J. Biswanath Somadder has written that "vaccination is the need of the hour". 

This was in PIL 6/2021 : Registrar General, High Court of Meghalaya v State of Meghalaya. 

It is relevant to note that there is no female Judge in Hon'ble Meghalaya High Court at present and there has been 1 female Chief Justice of said High Court.
