"Judicial Officers Encouraged to Use Digital Signature in Soft Versions of Judgments..." ; Directions Issued

According to a new notification [citation : GCtR/2021/E/17] issued recently, Assam Judicial Officers "are encouraged to Use digital signature in the soft version of the judgments/orders". 

Further, "concerned officers" have to "monitor" uploading of Judgments regularly and family courts have to enable "party hide feature".

This is with the stated objective of "timely upload of data to CIS".
