"Persons driving roadways buses" Cannot "be permitted to drive in rash and negligent manner" "so as to put the lives of the passengers" "in danger" : Delhi HC

There are many High Courts in India. One such High Court is Delhi High Court. 

In a recent Judgment Ram Kishan v State in Crl. Rev. P. 659/2018 : Judgment dt. 25 June 2021, Hon'ble Delhi High Court has noted that "No one can and much less persons driving roadways buses can be permitted to drive in rash and negligent manner so as to put the lives of the passengers and other persons in danger." [para 17]
