PNB Temporarily Prohibited from Filling Up 5 Posts of Sr. Manager (Law) in terms of Order
A writ appeal [WA 113/2021 - Suman Dey v Punjab National Bank] has been filed against Punjab National Bank before Hon'ble Gauhati High Court which was heard on 23 April 2021. The Division Bench presided by Hon'ble Chief Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia and Hon'ble J. Soumitra Saikia of Hon'ble Gauhati High Court had directed on 23 April 2021 as under :
"We hereby direct that until further orders, five posts of Senior Manager (Law), MMG Scale-III shall not be filled up."
This matter was next to be listed on 1 June 2021. However, the Order dt. 1 June 2021 is not shown on the official website. [Source : Guwahati Court Reporter (GCtR)]
