Recusal By a Judge
In a recently pronounced order dated 7 July 2021, where Director of Technical Education is one of the respondent and Higher Education Department of Assam is also the respondent, Hon'ble J. Manish Choudhury of Hon'ble Gauhati High Court has stated to list Ajanta Dutta v State of Assam [WP(C) 3227/2021] before a bench without him.
