Girl Was "Forced to Prostitution" Alleged ; Accused Man's Application Allowed by HC

In a recent case, a man had approached HC under relevant provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure when there was allegation against him regarding commission of offences. There was an alleged statement that a girl was being forced to prostitution. An FIR was registered against the man.

After looking at the submissions of the accused man and the prosecution, accused was advised to cooperate with the investigation.
