Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Law
Women's safety is a serious issues. There are different laws which address the issue of sexual harassment.
Recently Hon'ble Bombay High Court has issued a notification [Maharashtra Gazette Part 4 No. Rule/P. 1616/2021 dt. 17 June 2021] through which the Gender Sensitisation Internal Complaints Committee of Hon'ble Bombay High Court has been reconstituted.
