Uttarakhand : "Any determination" "made under S. 54 of the Land Revenue Act, in a proceedings held before the Court" "do not determine a right"

Hon'ble Uttarakhand High Court has given some brilliant Judgments. The current Chief Justice of Hon'ble Gauhati High Court was in fact earlier the Judge at Uttarakhand High Court. 

Hon'ble Uttarakhand High Court in one of its Judgment pronounced in 2021 has held that "any determination, which has been made under Section 54 of the Land Revenue Act, in a proceedings held before the Court, since they being summary in nature, they do not determine a right". [para 5]
