 Income Tax Department Given Last Opportunity by Hon'ble High Court

Counsels for CBI and Income Tax Department had sought further time to file the reply affidavits. Hon'ble Delhi High Court gave "last opportunity to" Income Tax Department "to file the reply affidavits within two weeks" from 21 October 2021.

This was before Hon'ble Delhi High Court in W.P.(CRL) 1588/2021.
