An income tax appeal [ITA 10/2022] filed by PCIT-1, Delhi before Hon'ble Delhi High Court is next listed on 24 May 2022. Hon'ble High Court on the earlier hearing had directed to "issue notice." The opposite party's Advocate had accepted notice" but he had "prayed for and permitted to file documents already on record of the Tribunal within four weeks."
