"Pension Cannot Be Stopped" : High Court

There is a recent decision which commented on pension.

In Nitin v Central Bank of India [2021] GCtR 3049 (Aurangabad, Bombay), it has been stated at page no. 11 that "provident fund accumulations cannot be taken away. Gratuity amount cannot be attached, save and except by following the due process of law" and "pension cannot be stopped."
