"Mother of the Victim Girl would never Put entire life at stake by giving her Daughter a label of a victim of sexual assault" - HC

There are many cases involving offences where a girl becomes a victim.

In a recent one Pintu Ghosh v State of Tripura [2022] GCtR 53 (Tripura), it has been held at page 6 that "mother of the victim girl would never put her daughter’s entire name, fame and even entire life at stake by giving her daughter a label of a victim of sexual assault."
