India has many States. There are different Hon'ble High Courts in India.
In Rajkanya Baruah v State of Assam [2021] GCtR 3025 (Gauhati), a 29 year old girl's petition was allowed. However, it was directed that this accused girl "shall refrain from committing any offences similar to the one of which she is accused."
