"Offence of Attempt to Murder is a Serious Offence" : High Court

There are several Hon'ble High Courts in India. 

In one of the interesting case of Ramveer v State [2019] GCtR 1164 (Delhi) it has been explained at page no. 10 that the "offence of attempt to murder is a serious offence. In proving commission of such an offence, the prosecution is required to prove the basic ingredients of murder short of death."
