"SEBI has to Deal Sternly with Companies & Directors Indulging in Manipulative & Deceptive devices" : Supreme Court

Hon'ble Supreme Court has given many Judgments. 

In the case of N. Narayana v AO, SEBI [2013] GCtR 1168 (SC) at page no. 33 has held that "SEBI, the market regulator, has to deal sternly with companies and their Directors indulging in manipulative and deceptive devices, insider trading etc. or else they will be failing in their duty to promote orderly and healthy growth of the Securities market."
