Hon'ble Delhi High Court has several Hon'ble Judges and 1 Chief Justice.
In a recent case of Realistic Realtors Pvt Ltd v Karanpreet Singh Wali [2021] GCtR 3037 (Delhi), it has been said at page no.4 that "in terms of Section 2(1)(c)(x) of the Commercial Courts Act, all management and consultancy agreements would be covered within the ambit of commercial disputes". The Order under challenge in this case was called to be "patently erroneous".
