There are many cases which are filed every year.
It has emerged from Pfizer Inc v Triveni Interchem Pvt Ltd [2023] GCtR 357 (Delhi) that a company has been directed to pay Rs. 2 crore to Pfizer.
Citigroup Inc. v. Citicorp Business & Finance Pvt. Ltd. [2018] GCtR 2564 (Delhi) seems to have worked here.
