There are many cases which are filed every year.
Some cases remain pending for many years.
In an interesting legal proposition enunciated at page 12 of Bobby Art International v Om Pal Singh Hoon [1996] GCtR 2506 (SC), it was stated thus :-
"The film must be “judged in its entirety from the point of view of its overall impact”.
