 NBW (Non Bailable Warrants) can be Stayed by Supreme Court


There are many cases which have been decided by Hon'ble Supreme Court.


In case citation [2019] GCtR 2587 (SC), it clearly emerges that Supreme Court has the power to stay the operation of non - bailable warrants issued against a person.
