"Partial Partition of Property is Well Accepted Principle with Regard to a Joint family" : Supreme Court

There are many cases which are filed before various Hon'ble Courts. 

Some cases are quite interesting. 


In an important proposition laid down at page 29 of Shivnarayan v Maniklal [2019] GCtR 2500 (SC), it was commented thus :-


"Partial partition of property is well accepted principle with regard to a joint family."
