"Belief of Self-righteousness or Smugness of HC" : A Recent View of Supreme Court of March 2023
A recent Judgment has been passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court on 17 March 2023.
It has been rightly commented at page 27 of Cardinal Mar George Allencherry v State of Kerala [2023] GCtR 587 (SC) thus : -
"The belief of self-righteousness or smugness of the High Court in exercise of its powers of judicial review should not overawe the other authorities discharging their statutory functions."
