"Casting Couch" Allegations : A Recent View of Supreme Court
A recent Judgment has been passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court on 17 March 2023.
It emerged in Ms. X v State of Maharashtra [2023] GCtR 588 (SC) that there were allegations regarding casting couch syndrome. Ultimately, grant of anticipatory bail to accused was quashed.
