Recovering Money Through Legal Proceedings : Some Quicker Ways
There are various ways to recover money.
One of the quicker ways [depending on facts of the case] to recover money is by way of a suit filed under Order XXXVII of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. One can refer Mohan Murti v Deutache Ranco [2015] GCtR 3877 =]](Delhi) to understand how better one can utilise provisions of Order XXXVII of Code.
