"Sexual Harassment" in India : Judge Dismissed From Service
In an interesting case citation Dr. P.S. Malik v High Court of Delhi [2021] GCtR 3401 (Delhi), a Judicial Officer was dismissed from service. In this case allegations of sexual harassment were there against the Judicial Officer. His petition challenging his dismissal was also dismissed.
