Accused Convicted for Corruption
In a recent decision passed on December 2024, a person has been convicted for allegations of corruption. Trial Court in its order noted that prosecution has been able to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt. Accused was also supplied with copies of charge sheet along with relied upon documents.
