CBI Vs. Sumedh Singh Saini & Ors [CC No. 2/2019 (old no.7734/2016)] [RC No. 2(S)/1994/CBI/SIC-V/SIC-II/ND] is the case before Rouse Avenue Court, Delhi. 3 other persons are also accused. S.342, S.365 of IPC are alleged.
