Viksit Bharat—Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin): VB—G RAM G Act, 2025 has been published in Gazette on 21 December 2025.
Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 will get repealed through S.37 (1) of the Act.
Act contains 33 Sections.
Sabka Bima Sabki Raksha (Amendment of Insurance Laws) Act, 2025 has been published in Gazette on 21 December 2025.
Insurance Act, 1938, the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 are to be amended.
Amendment Act, 2025 has 95 sections. S.3AA added to Insurance Act, 1938 which deals with equity shares by foreign investors.
