Supreme Court Judge Request to List before "Another Bench" 

In the Order dt. 22 June 2021, Hon'ble Supreme Court in Moloy Ghatak v CBI in SLP(Crl) 4228/2021 has noted that the petition should be listed before a Bench of which Hon'ble J. Anirudha Bose is not a member. However, a prior permission from Hon'ble CJI is also to be taken.
