POCSO Act, 2012 : Conviction of Accused Upheld by HC
An interesting judgment has been passed on 29 March 2023.
The Judgment is passed by Hon'ble Gauhati HC in Crl.A(J)/67/2020.
In Uday Bakali v State of Assam [2023] GCtR 877 (Gauhati), the conviction of accused for committing offences under POCSO Act, 2012 has been upheld.
